This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform vague requests, business opportunities, and member experiences into well-defined, evidence-based challenges.
• Chart user journeys and identify end-to-end friction points and areas of drop-off.
• Design and implement interviews, surveys, and experimental studies.
• Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data, product performance, and clinical results.
• Conduct competitive, inspirational, and analogous research.
• Establish metrics instrumentation and define success criteria.
• Integrate research findings, data, engineering insights, and business input into product strategy.
• Prioritize tasks, make trade-offs, and suggest which directions to pursue or abandon.
• Design and assess quantitative and qualitative evaluations, making go/no-go decisions.
• Assess vendors and partners, including justifications for build versus buy decisions.
• Manage multi-quarter roadmaps in alignment with corporate OKRs and strategic initiatives.
• Develop executive communications and narratives for budget and prioritization discussions.
• Translate product vision into go-to-market strategies and commercial partnership contexts.
• Create visual and interaction designs, microcopy, and in-product messaging.
• Develop clickable, interactive, and coded prototypes.
• Facilitate stakeholder syncs, demos, reviews, critiques, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.
• Prepare documentation and prototypes for handoff to engineering and operations.
• Collaborate with clinical, legal, and regulatory teams on safety, quality, and compliance matters.
• Manage release go/no-go decisions and sequencing logic.
• Resolve cross-functional disagreements regarding product priorities and vision.
• Over 8 years of experience addressing complex, ambiguous challenges in product management, design, and/or research, with a proven track record of delivering outcomes at a multi-team level.
• 3-5 years of success in taking projects from concept to completion, defining new products or experiences that result in measurable outcomes.
• 3-5 years of experience managing a multi-quarter roadmap and effectively communicating it to executive and cross-functional teams, including in budget and prioritization discussions.
• High proficiency in at least two specialist areas: design, product management, strategy, research, or operations.
• Strong prototyping skills and proficiency with modern AI-assisted prototyping and development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma Make, Cursor, or Lovable; required hands-on expertise.
• Experience working with clinical, legal, regulatory, or other high-stakes compliance functions in a regulated environment.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a 3-5 year history of influencing decisions at the senior leadership level.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading other individual contributors.
• Proficiency in AI orchestration and prompting across design, specification, and analytical tasks.
• Comfort in extracting data directly from self-serve analytics tools.
