Senior Product Data Analyst, Mandarin & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Assist the PPG STCA team with the analysis of daily production data and fulfill ad hoc analytical requests.

• Query, extract, and analyze product telemetry along with user signals to uncover opportunities, trends, and potential issues.

• Deliver data-informed insights for Agent Growth, Vertical Skills, and associated product initiatives.

• Examine product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and other significant product metrics.

• Create regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making and swift product iteration.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders in both China and the US.
