Data & Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and regulations, proactively linking data with strategic objectives.

• Diagnose underlying issues and apply effective technical or organizational remedies.

• Guide teams across various countries, fostering collaboration, global team growth, and ensuring deliverable alignment.

• Engage with stakeholders in a consultative approach, prioritizing demands and aligning deliverables with organizational goals.

• Oversee the technical lifecycle of data products, from inception to retirement.

• Provide active support to the team in technical design and evaluations.

• Make strategic choices while balancing the pace of delivery, scalability, and governance.

• Ensure tools are dependable, thoroughly documented, and embraced by business users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science teams.

• Expertise in SQL and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Superset.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management across various organizational tiers.

• Experience in developing strategic solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
