Data Analyst – Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Set up and maintain the payment gateway, including routing rules, processor configurations, and associated parameters.

• Manage the technical onboarding and configuration of new clients on the gateway.

• Monitor performance metrics through the gateway and internal reporting tools.

• Analyze transaction data, processor effectiveness, and shifts in outcomes.

• Execute changes and enhancements based on analysis, operational requirements, or guidance from supervisors.

• Liaise with processors to troubleshoot issues and ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Actively identify and address deviations, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.

• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of configurations, modifications, issues, and results.

• Consistently and accurately track tasks, activities, and their statuses in Jira.

• Assess the effects of implemented changes and ensure clear visibility over outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience in the iGaming sector (required).

• Strong comprehension of approval rates and the elements that influence them.

• Familiarity with payment gateways, payment processors, or transaction routing.

• Robust analytical skills and comfort in working with transaction data and performance metrics.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach to work.

• Professional and clear communication skills with clients and external stakeholders.

• Experience using Jira or similar task management tools.

• Proactive attitude, with the ability to respond swiftly when issues arise.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
