Senior Product Analyst – ICHRA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver solutions aimed at achieving significant performance enhancements and minimizing risks for designated product lines across various business sectors.

• Collaborate with different functional areas to pinpoint, assess, and develop product solutions for everyday challenges and initiatives.

• Utilize knowledge, relationships, creativity, and company priorities to identify resolutions to problems.

• Design, create, and implement product techniques, practices, procedures, and policies that effectively safeguard the company's interests.

• Formulate improvement proposals and present them to leadership for their evaluation.

• Apply change management, project management, and business process management methodologies to ensure successful and timely delivery of initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery partners to define, plan, and execute project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee product compliance with organizational needs and requirements, including conducting follow-up checks for corrective actions.

• Identify, manage, and propose potential solutions for project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.

• Offer guidance to the communications team regarding internal and external communication materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare or insurance.

• Preferred experience in medical claims/billing coding.

• Six Sigma or PMP certification is preferred.
