This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, Quality (QMS), and technical teams.
• Facilitate onboarding and intake workshops for new laboratories and business divisions.
• Collect and document laboratory workflows, instrument processes, user roles and permissions, data transfer requirements, integration needs, and business use cases.
• Convert business requirements into application configuration and implementation strategies.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment, document decisions made, and escalate governance issues as necessary.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of laboratory instrument data acquisition software.
• Clarify and document configuration decisions, metadata structures, custom calculations, and the distinctions between standards and organization-specific configurations.
• Comprehend and document the differences between GxP and non-GxP laboratory workflows.
• Aid in application lifecycle activities and ongoing improvements.
• Maintain Digital SDLC documentation related to application changes and configurations.
• Support audit readiness and manage future change requests.
• Review quarterly and continuous releases from software vendors.
• Conduct impact assessments on existing business processes.
• Suggest configuration updates, adoption strategies, business communications, and validation activities.
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression test scripts.
• Execute and coordinate regression testing activities.
• Provide support to business users during testing cycles.
• Ensure that application changes comply with quality and regulatory standards.
• Offer Tier-1 application support for around 50 users and 50 laboratory instruments.
• Escalate technical issues to the relevant technical teams.
• Identify recurring support trends and enhance knowledge resources.
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training documentation.
• Conduct both one-on-one and group training sessions for laboratory users.
• Over 3 years of experience in supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Knowledge of Unicorn and/or Biacore Insight software is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of laboratory workflows and scientific data management.
• Experience in both GxP and non-GxP laboratory settings.
• Familiarity with regulated systems, including audit trails, controlled access, validation processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in leading requirements gathering and onboarding workshops.
• Proven track record of producing system configuration specifications.
• Experience in developing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Hands-on experience in supporting software integration projects, including requirements gathering, data mapping, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Experience in creating training materials and delivering user training.
• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholder requests in a complex global environment.
• Familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
• Knowledge of Xray or Vera is advantageous.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Background in supporting global laboratory informatics platforms is a nice-to-have.
• Understanding of SDLC documentation and computerized system validation (CSV) is a plus.
