This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead initiatives for upstream discovery
• Perform systematic evaluations of value
• Analyze ROI and business implications of proposed modifications
• Utilize data analysis and direct user feedback to guide product choices
• Convert intricate insights into engaging narratives and actionable guidance
• Act as the subject matter expert regarding system interactions
• Develop comprehensive process maps
• Comprehend relationships between data capture and processes across various systems
• Promote operational readiness and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Conduct user studies and lead focus groups
• Advocate for the Voice of the Customer (VOC)
• Perform root-cause analysis on system-related issues
• Transform complex challenges into straightforward technical requirements
• Identify alternative operational solutions when technological implementations face delays
• Serve as the primary catalyst for change management
• Lead requirement evaluations and status meetings
• Ensure smooth transitions, field readiness, and cross-functional collaboration
• Develop extensive product-specific knowledge
• Take ownership of the continuous value provided to operations teams and end-users
• Enhance admissions and insurance management workflow applications, external referral portals, and patient engagement tools
• Act as a liaison between operational stakeholders and software engineering teams
• Assess user needs and collaboratively define application requirements
• Facilitate the software development lifecycle
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• At least two (2) years of experience in product analysis, business systems analysis, software product management, or a related discipline
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in digital product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart
• Preferred proficiency in analytical tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Resourceful and adaptable with a strong inclination to solve problems
• Demonstrated capability to thrive in an autonomous work setting
• Experience with user testing, QA collaboration, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences
• Skill in creating executive-level documentation
• Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or enterprise-level projects is preferred
