Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee product adoption and feature usage metrics for Tithely’s product suite, ensuring that data is readily available and self-service for Product Managers.

• Develop, standardize, and manage product performance dashboards within BI tools to ensure consistent visibility across all products.

• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests from start to finish, creating a scalable experimentation framework for the EPD organization.

• Track and analyze user flows and funnels to pinpoint friction areas, drop-offs, and opportunities for product enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to deliver timely, high-quality ad hoc analyses that guide product decisions.

• Work together with Engineering, Product, and Design during feature discovery to outline tracking strategies, including event schemas, properties, and data relationships that facilitate valuable insights while reducing technical debt.

• Serve as a “bilingual” technical partner, converting product requirements into precise data and tracking specifications for Engineering, while ensuring compliance with Data & Analytics modeling standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product analytics, ideally within SaaS or fintech sectors.

• Strong expertise in SQL and at least one product analytics platform (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).

• Proven experience in utilizing AI tools and workflows to enhance analysis and enrich insights.

• Practical experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests from start to finish.

• Experience in creating and managing self-service dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, or comparable tools).

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product Managers and influence product decisions using data.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to define tracking, instrumentation, and data needs.
