• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape roadmap priorities by utilizing structured problem framing and opportunity sizing.

• Deliver high-context, narrative-focused analyses that guide product decisions rather than merely producing dashboards or metrics reports.
• Recognize long-term analytical requirements and proactively establish the direction for product measurement.
• Manage the metric hierarchy within the product domain (north-star metrics, input metrics, counter-metrics, diagnostic metrics).
• Create tracking plans and instrumentation schemas; collaborate with engineering to ensure proper implementation.
• Set up automated alerts and monitoring to highlight health issues, funnel breaks, outliers, and behavioral changes in real-time.
• Oversee the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, staggered rollouts).
• Choose and apply suitable statistical techniques (frequentist/Bayesian, CUPED, time-series methods).
• Assess experiment readiness, determine necessary sample sizes, and project expected outcomes.
• Convert experiment results into clear recommendations for product and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts; establish standards for analytical depth, clarity, and rigor.
• Serve as the analytical lead in cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment on metrics and success criteria.
• Influence PMs and engineers to adopt analytical best practices, proper instrumentation, and metric management.
• Convey trade-offs, risks, and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to ensure models, marts, and pipelines adhere to quality standards and SLAs.
• Guarantee that the product area has a comprehensive analytical environment that is well-documented, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Maintain data lineage, definitions, and documentation to reduce ambiguity and minimize analytical debt.
• 4-6 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or growth analytics with significant product-team involvement.
• Proven ability to impact product roadmaps with data-driven insights.
• Experience in fast-paced experimentation settings (consumer applications, fintech, SaaS, marketplaces).
• Proficient in SQL; familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Strong skills in experimental design and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of event-based instrumentation and telemetry platforms.
• Competence with data visualization tools and dashboards (Looker, Metabase, etc.).
• Strong product intuition; adept at identifying friction, opportunities, and causal factors in user behavior.
• Ability to express complex or ambiguous insights through structured narratives.
• Experience analyzing systems, logs, metrics, and data models.
• Capability to work independently and drive analytical strategy for a product domain.
• Unwavering ownership and high standards.
• Customer-focused and inquisitive about system behavior.
• Comfortable making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete data.
• Proactive rather than reactive: anticipates analytical needs before they arise.
• Competitive salary
• Flexible working hours
• Professional development budget
