This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Analyze changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs to pinpoint underlying causes.
• Perform analyses on user behavior, funnels, retention rates, and cohorts.
• Design, assess, and interpret experiments such as A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC, and proxy metrics.
• Measure the anticipated and actual effects of product and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to aid in decision-making.
• Produce actionable insights that shape product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure analytical requirements and enhance data quality.
• Contribute to the improvement of analytics infrastructure and reporting.
• Maintain consistency and reliability in key product and marketing metrics.
• Assist in defining analytical standards and best practices.
• Support the development of marketing analytics frameworks, including LTV, CAC, attribution, and funnel measurement.
• Work with Growth and Marketing teams on performance analysis and optimization.
• Create and validate leading indicators and proxy metrics to speed up decision-making.
• Take the lead on larger cross-functional analytical initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior analysts as needed.
• Engage in analytical planning and prioritization activities.
• Enhance stakeholder management and communication with senior business leaders.
• Learn to manage analytical processes, uphold quality standards, and assess team performance.
• Become a trusted analytical partner for Product and Marketing teams.
• Exhibit strong ownership of analytical initiatives and business outcomes.
• Successfully manage cross-functional projects independently.
• Develop leadership skills and prepare for potential people management responsibilities.
• Progress towards a Product Analytics Team Lead role.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with product metrics, funnel analysis, retention, experimentation, and growth analytics.
• Strong business acumen and product-focused thinking.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ownership mentality and capability to work autonomously.
• Interest in mentoring others and aspiring to a leadership position.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM within GMT+4 to GMT+10 time zones.
• REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;
