This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold product analytics dashboards and reporting throughout essential user journeys (onboarding, activation, conversion, retention)
• Examine event-level data to gain insights into user behavior across Biomarkers and RX product lines
• Define, quality assure, and oversee event tracking in collaboration with engineering (using tools like Mixpanel / Amplitude)
• Transform raw event data into structured, analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake
• Create and manage product funnels, cohort analyses, and retention reports
• Identify areas of drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities throughout the user lifecycle
• Provide actionable insights regarding product performance, engagement, and factors influencing conversion
• Collaborate directly with Product, Growth, and Data teams to ensure alignment on metrics definitions and tracking standards
• Assist in A/B testing and product experimentation by evaluating feature impact
• Design intuitive, self-service dashboards (in Sigma or comparable tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Document event definitions, data sources, and logic to maintain consistency as data models progress
• 3–5 years of practical SQL experience working with large, event-level datasets
• Extensive experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and/or Amplitude
• Skilled in analyzing product funnels, user cohorts, and retention metrics
• Comfortable managing event schemas (event names, user properties, timestamps, sessionization)
• Proficient with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar cloud data warehouse solutions
• Able to validate event data across different tools (e.g., product analytics platform versus warehouse)
• Solid understanding of product KPIs (conversion rates, retention, engagement, churn)
• Experienced in creating dashboards in Sigma or other BI tools
• Keen attention to detail regarding data quality, tracking precision, and metric definitions
• Familiarity with Segment or similar Customer Data Platforms for event tracking pipelines (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of dbt (not required to build models; just to read/test)
• Experience with subscription products or health-tech data (e.g., testing platforms, prescription flows) (preferred)
• Understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies (preferred)
• Basic familiarity with GitHub or version control for analytics workflows (preferred)
• Salary Range: $90-130k + equity + benefits
