Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold product adoption as well as feature usage metrics throughout Tithely’s product suite, ensuring that data is readily accessible and self-service for Product Managers.

• Develop, standardize, and manage product performance dashboards using BI tools to provide uniform visibility across all products.

• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests from start to finish, while creating a scalable experimentation framework for the EPD organization.

• Instrument and assess user pathways and funnels to pinpoint friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for product enhancement.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to deliver timely, high-quality ad hoc analyses that guide product decisions.

• Work alongside Engineering, Product, and Design during feature exploration to establish tracking strategies, including event schemas, properties, and data relationships that facilitate meaningful insights while reducing technical debt.

• Serve as a “bilingual” technical partner, translating product needs into clear data and tracking specifications for Engineering, while ensuring alignment with Data & Analytics modeling standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product analytics, ideally within SaaS or fintech sectors.

• Strong command of SQL and at least one product analytics platform (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools and workflows to enhance analysis and enrich insights.

• Practical experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests from beginning to end.

• Experience in creating and maintaining self-service dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, or equivalent).

• Established ability to collaborate with Product Managers and influence product decisions through data-driven insights.

• Experience working collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams to define tracking, instrumentation, and data needs.
