Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conducting product analyses and translating business needs into data-driven recommendations.

• Creating and developing replicable analytical workflows using SQL/BigQuery and Python or R.

• Employing Machine Learning techniques to address business challenges and optimize products.

• Designing dashboards and data storytelling to support business decision-making.

• Collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, development teams, and business stakeholders in product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer in production environments.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including the creation and optimization of complex queries.

• Experience with Python in the area of data processing and analysis.

• Practical knowledge of Machine Learning methods (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, boosted decision trees).

• Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests.

• Ability to analyze customer processes and present results using Tableau or Looker Studio.

• Experience in independently managing analytical initiatives and communicating with business stakeholders.

• Skill in integrating quantitative analyses with UX research and market analysis.

• Understanding of UX, product design, and backend architecture.

• Familiarity with Google BigQuery and GCP environment (nice to have).

• Experience with version-controlled analytical workflows (nice to have).

• Experience in mentoring or developing analytical standards (nice to have).
