Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth analysis on feature effectiveness, retention factors, and long-term engagement trends to produce actionable product insights and guide roadmap strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design during product planning, incorporating a data perspective into the ideation and concept evaluation stages throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Develop and structure A/B tests to ensure statistical integrity, including designing experiments, calculating sample sizes, and analyzing results through cohort analysis and causal inference techniques.

• Establish analytics frameworks and event taxonomy to uphold data quality, working in partnership with the data platform team to ensure data sources remain clean and well-defined.

• Empower Product Managers with self-service capabilities through tools, documentation, and minimal support, leveraging AI tools and MCP integrations to enhance analyses and maximize impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product analytics or data science, with extensive knowledge of A/B testing, experiment design, and cohort analysis using platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude (experience with mobile apps is a plus).

• Demonstrated ability to utilize behavioral and statistical analysis techniques such as behavioral clustering, propensity score matching, and regression modeling to provide actionable product insights.

• Proficient in SQL and Python, with strong technical capabilities in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

• Strong product intuition with the ability to derive product and behavioral hypotheses from data insights and experimental results, translating business queries into structured analytical methods.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly conveying data insights, limitations, and methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences, and comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance analytical results.
