Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of our essential metrics (conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, refund rate), ensuring they are clearly defined and calculated in a trustworthy manner.

• Manage A/B testing from start to finish, including hypothesis generation to actionable insights.

• Develop a LTV model utilizing early indicators and reasonable assumptions.

• Explore pricing experiments to help us comprehend the trade-offs between conversion rates, pricing, and long-term value.

• Analyze our web onboarding funnel to identify areas with the greatest potential for improvement.

• Discover non-obvious growth opportunities that contribute to achieving sustainable unit economics.

• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot—whatever suits your needs) to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, and CTEs without difficulty.

• Experience with Python for data analysis and basic automation tasks.

• Some familiarity with ETL processes and pipelines (Airflow, dbt).

• Prior experience with a BI tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI).

• Understanding of subscription unit economics, including CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin.

• A solid understanding of A/B testing principles—design, sample sizes, and honest interpretation of results, particularly in low-volume scenarios.

• Proactive attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and eager to take responsibility for outcomes.

• Bonus points: Familiarity with AI tools in your regular analytics routines.

• Background in health, pharmaceuticals, or digital health.

• Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR regulations and what can and cannot be tracked in health data.

• Experience in web onboarding funnel and paywall optimization.
