Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and validate the metrics utilized by product teams to gauge success.

• Develop metric frameworks that link product and algorithm performance to business results such as revenue and conversion rates.

• Examine user behavior and product funnels to uncover opportunities and inform product strategy.

• Create, implement, and assess A/B tests to measure the impact of product modifications.

• Implement analytics for product areas, covering everything from instrumentation to dashboards and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate insights into actionable decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in solving product and business challenges using data.

• Proficient in SQL with experience handling large datasets.

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and visualization tools.

• In-depth knowledge of A/B testing and statistical principles.

• Experience in defining metrics, constructing metric trees, and analyzing product funnels.

• Ability to link product modifications to business results and effectively communicate the implications.

• Understanding of ML-driven or AI products is advantageous.

• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage an analytics area from start to finish.

• Skill in clearly communicating insights and influencing product strategy.

• Comfortable structuring ambiguous questions in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in e-commerce.

• Previous experience as the primary analyst embedded within a product team.
