• Collaborate with the Product Management team to establish, evaluate, and track KPIs for platform features and client-facing workflows.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for production and reporting databases to facilitate feature development, root cause analysis, and ad hoc business inquiries.
• Examine claims data, liquidation trends, denial category distributions, and payer-level performance to uncover actionable product insights.
• Assist in data validation and quality assurance for new Compass features — confirming that field logic and calculations align with specifications.
• Create and sustain Power BI dashboards for the internal product team to monitor feature adoption, data quality, and platform performance.
• Generate reporting outputs to support the Client Success team, including summaries of payer-level performance and analyses of claims trends.
• Work in collaboration with data engineering, BI, and client success teams to ensure data integrity throughout reporting pipelines.
• 4-6 years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, or business analyst position — ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or a data-driven environment.
• Proficient SQL skills — capable of writing multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregate queries independently.
• Understanding of revenue cycle management concepts (denials, remittance, CARC/RARC codes, ERA/835, payer contracting) is highly advantageous.
• Experience with Power BI or a similar BI tool.
• Ability to convert vague business inquiries into organized data queries and clear conclusions.
• Excellent written communication skills — adept at documenting what the data reveals and its significance.
