
Senior Product Analyst – Application Lifecycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Perform in-depth exploratory analyses to gain insights into user challenges, “aha” moments, and product usage patterns.
• Work closely with product teams to create both reusable and on-demand data views, impacting strategy, design, and development processes.
• Design, create, and sustain dashboards and reports utilizing SQL (including CTEs, window functions, etc.) or scripting languages, providing real-time insights into product performance.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of product launches and A/B testing; oversee system and product performance after launch.
• Execute quality checks on analytics events and suggest improvements to enhance product performance.
• Actively engage in agile methodologies, from design to implementation and deployment.
• Capable of identifying trends and conversion opportunities within the loan origination process.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to establish data requirements, ensuring accurate success measurement of new features.
• Create anomaly detection systems to identify behavioral shifts that may suggest production issues.
• Deep dive into user behavior to uncover insights that guide product teams in influencing various user personas.
• Analyze verification processes and highlight opportunities for automation in collaboration with product and ML/AI teams.
• Explore methods to assess internal team performance within underwriting, sales, and funding departments.
• Over 5 years of experience in data and product analysis.
• Proficient in SQL, experienced with complex queries including CTEs and window functions.
• Skilled in BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; familiarity with DBT is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Python and Git.
• Strong foundation in data experimentation and statistical analysis.
• Expertise in product analytics tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Excellent at cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Operations).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and business acumen.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
