Senior Product Analyst, AI Product

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for growth and formulate hypotheses to enhance essential product metrics.

• Assist in generating, prioritizing, validating hypotheses, and assessing their impact.

• Analyze product modifications through A/B testing and causal inference techniques.

• Identify anomalies and explore deviations in crucial product and business metrics.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance product dashboards and reporting systems.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for the product and marketing teams.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate data-driven product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of A/B testing, mathematical statistics, and causal inference.

• Proficient in Python for data analysis, segmentation, clustering, and basic machine learning/regression models.

• Strong SQL skills, encompassing window functions and query optimization.

• Knowledge of key product and marketing metrics such as LTV, CPA, retention, conversion, and funnels.

• Experience with BI tools like Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Strong product-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to recognize the business impact behind metrics and user behavior.

• Excellent analytical, critical, and systems thinking skills.

• Capability to communicate insights effectively, structure conclusions, and offer actionable recommendations.

• High level of ownership, autonomy, and a commitment to measurable results.

• Proficient in Russian and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
