Senior Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services.

• Ensure procurement plans are aligned with project milestones, budgets, and technical specifications.

• Lead the development of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.

• Employ platforms such as Coupa and SAP for sourcing, tracking, and expenditure analysis.

• Utilize MS Office and Power BI to evaluate procurement data and produce actionable insights.

• Keep precise documentation for audits, compliance, and ongoing enhancement.

• Achieve cost reductions through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, and value engineering.

• Track market trends and pricing standards to assist in budgeting and forecasting.

• Evaluate and qualify vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier relationships to ensure compliance and value achievement.

• Work collaboratively with finance, legal, and operations to facilitate smooth procurement execution.

• Assist project teams with the timely provision of materials and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

• Master’s Degree (Preferred)

• 2–4 Years of experience in Procurement

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Required)

• Familiarity with SAP (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of Power BI (Good to Have)

• Experience with Sourcing Tools (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba)
