This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive process discovery activities across various business functions.
• Facilitate interviews with stakeholders, workshops, and sessions for process assessment.
• Document both current-state and future-state processes utilizing industry-standard methodologies and tools.
• Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, RACI matrices, operational playbooks, and governance documentation.
• Establish and oversee a centralized repository for business processes.
• Ensure that process documentation stays current and aligns with the evolving needs of the business.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design scalable operational processes that facilitate company growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to prioritize improvement initiatives based on their business impact.
• Implement performance management frameworks to assess process effectiveness.
• Promote standardization across departments to minimize variability and enhance operational consistency.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to reduce manual and repetitive tasks and, when necessary, replace them with workflow automation.
• Lead discovery initiatives to identify knowledge-based activities and decision-making processes suitable for augmentation with AI.
• Develop business cases that quantify anticipated benefits and return on investment, including enhancements to customer experience, capacity, resource reduction, operational risk mitigation, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Data teams to develop and implement automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define training and communications programs to ensure sustainable adoption of new tools and processes.
• Measure the realized business value and adoption rates post-automation implementation.
• Design and implement process control frameworks to enhance consistency, compliance, and risk management.
• Work with Audit, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to bolster operational controls.
• Ensure processes adhere to regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews to validate the effectiveness of processes and adherence to controls.
• Build robust partnerships across business, operations, customer success, product, and technology teams.
• Present recommendations and improvement roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Support change management initiatives related to new processes and technologies.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading process discovery, mapping, and redesign initiatives.
• Proficiency in documenting end-to-end business processes using industry-recognized tools.
• Experience in implementing workflow automation, process automation, or RPA solutions.
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable process enhancements.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving business transformation efforts.
• Expertise in utilizing data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Experience in developing business cases and making investment recommendations.
