This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to assess current operations

• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and design future-state processes

• Drive process improvement initiatives from assessment to implementation

• Establish baselines and facilitate workshops

• Analyze, redesign, and optimize business workflows

• Quantify current performance and pinpoint root causes of inefficiencies

• Develop actionable solutions that balance operational requirements with strategic objectives

• Create comprehensive process documentation

• Establish baseline metrics and define key performance indicators

• Lead discovery and process mapping workshops

• Capture and analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies

• Develop and validate future-state process designs along with implementation roadmaps

• Collaborate with automation and technology teams to ensure alignment of improvements with digital solutions

• Create and deliver documentation, training, and communication materials to facilitate adoption

• Report to the Delivery Operations Manager

• Over 6 years of experience in process improvement, business process re-engineering, or operations consulting

• Demonstrated experience in applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries

• Familiarity with process optimization in lending, account servicing, or compliance

• Strong facilitation and communication abilities

• Capability to influence diverse stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred
