Senior Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and document the client's processes within the scope of Fin-X, clearly defining process boundaries and assumptions.

• Model the current state (AS-IS) using BPMN, emphasizing pain points, risks, exceptions, and control points.

• Collect operational data to quantify volumes and identify bottlenecks.

• Convert the AS-IS model into a future state (TO-BE) that aligns with the platform, incorporating SLAs, exception handling, and defined measurement points.

• Formalize business rules in a structured, testable format.

• Establish the client's configuration matrix by module, detailing fields, profiles, authorization levels, and approval workflows.

• Identify and map required integrations between HIS, ERP, and insurer systems, including data exchanges, timing, and scenarios for integration failures.

• Define data requirements, data mappings (de-para), validation rules, and a data cleansing strategy.

• Aggregate recurring field issues into structured feedback for the Product team.

• Assist Implementation and Projects teams in validating configurations and developing testing and acceptance scripts.

• Generate handover documentation.

• Define roles, handoffs, and the frequency for monitoring the established processes.

• Recommend KPIs and a roadmap for improvements.

• Create and maintain blueprints tailored to customer profiles.

• Act as an internal reference for processes, providing support and training to Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in process mapping and redesign, consulting, or systems implementation, demonstrating autonomous project leadership.

• Proficiency in BPMN modeling, consistently applying events, gateways, and messages.

• Capability to identify and map integration requirements between systems and translate them into clear specifications.

• Experience in interpreting data layouts, constructing data mappings, and defining validation rules.

• Consultative profile with direct engagement with client managers and leadership.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivation and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and products concurrently in a remote work environment.

• Additional advantages: experience in private/supplementary health; familiarity with hospital systems like MV, Tasy/Philips, Soul MV, or similar; business rules modeling in DMN or equivalent; experience in digital transformation or SaaS platform implementations; background in patient journey, revenue cycle, or physician billing/repayment; knowledge of tools like Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
