This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Responsible for facilitating knowledge transfer, including end-to-end processes, tools, process flows, and market specifics.
• Provide support for HR in administrative functions and payroll activities, serving as the primary liaison between HR and employees.
• Oversee employee life-cycle programs tailored to the specific scope of responsibilities, whether stream or market-based.
• Prepare essential documentation for employees.
• Review and audit HRO transactions (actions and reasons) to offer expert opinions on compliance with policies and processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to provide quality feedback.
• Conduct quality meetings with the team to analyze errors, driving accountability among team leads and their teams to meet quality performance goals and ensure program standards are consistently achieved week-over-week.
• Maintain expertise in the subject matter, including process updates, policies, and the Quality Team’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Engage in nurturing new hires and underperforming employees through additional audits and initiatives to provide the necessary support to enhance quality performance.
• Contribute to the process of defining, updating, and innovating quality frameworks to meet client expectations while continuously raising the quality bar. Actively re-evaluate decision accuracy audits to ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Implement and effectively utilize various Quality Check Tools, best practices, and procedures.
• Contribute to overall process improvement ideas, insights, and initiatives aimed at enhancing key performance indicators and value additions.
• Accountable for maintaining performance standards for the assigned group of analysts, focusing on quality performance benchmarks and continuous improvement on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate and contribute to classroom training delivery alongside the respective team leader or training specialists, and engage in refresher training based on identified training needs and action plans for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes by all parties involved in the assigned scope in accordance with process agreements and escalate any inconsistencies.
• Establish and/or update process documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and template creation.
• Consistently seek process improvements by identifying gaps and participating in improvement initiatives within the designated area of responsibility, while sharing insights across the team.
• Ensure that services delivered align with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Complete mandatory training and assignments in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Lead as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level).
• Professional experience in problem-solving and managing internal customer relationships.
• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive data.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of privacy management.
• Familiarity with labor laws and payroll processes.
