This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive the adoption of innovative vascular therapies while increasing sales and market share within the designated territory.
• Train, educate, sell, and provide in-service training for new vascular products.
• Establish new accounts and promote the adoption of PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and upcoming products and therapies.
• Organize and manage territory planning, administration, expenses, and compliance.
• Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP), sales budget, and account development objectives.
• Implement sales strategies and tactics to foster therapy growth.
• Collaborate with the Vascular Field team to identify opportunities and execute sales strategies effectively.
• Develop and carry out ongoing sales and market development plans.
• Identify, assess, and convert target accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, customers, administrators, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Train medical staff and educate customers on new products, features, and procedures.
• Plan cases with physicians, manage expectations, and enhance outcomes during case support.
• Engage physicians in clinical discussions regarding therapy and product benefits.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Deliver sales presentations, foster consensus, secure commitments, and finalize business transactions.
• Work in tandem with marketing, customer service, finance, and other internal departments.
• Relay market intelligence, competitor activities, sales leads, pricing, and account information to sales management.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of technical and clinical product knowledge, as well as the reimbursement landscape.
• Participate in product and skills development initiatives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 10+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience in selling medical devices or therapies in hospital/OR settings or medical capital equipment.
• Preferred: Proven track record in launching new products.
• Preferred: Demonstrated success in sales hunting, new account development, and market penetration.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Business.
• Preferred: In-depth knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and practices.
• Ability to teach, train, and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support teams on new devices and therapies.
• Preferred: Consistent top-tier sales performance.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the degree must comply with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Capability to meet hospital or clinic credentialing standards.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level; this position is at the Principal level or above and may qualify for sponsorship.
