This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the promotion and sales of Medtronic’s coronary product line, which includes stents, balloons, guidewires, imaging, and CathWorks technologies, within the designated territory.
• Offer technical and clinical guidance in the cath lab during coronary interventions and physiological evaluations, including assistance with complex cases.
• Provide advanced clinical education and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Establish, nurture, and utilize relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior clinicians, and executive decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and Sales Leadership to refine pricing strategies, assist in contract negotiations, and promote system-wide adoption.
• Create and implement comprehensive territory and account plans that consider clinical, economic, and competitive factors.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Engage in frequent travel to hospitals and off-site meetings, which may entail overnight stays.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of relevant experience*, or Associate’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience*, or Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience*
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience in supporting cath labs and collaborating with interventional cardiologists on intricate coronary procedures.
• Capability to establish credibility with physicians and healthcare leaders by providing data-driven, customer-oriented solutions.
• Strong skills in territory/business planning, including the ability to manage competing priorities, foresee market changes, and implement long-term strategies with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure clinical settings, offering composed procedural leadership.
