Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous programs of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring objective supervision while showcasing a strong commitment to the success of each program.

• Guarantee that every program adheres to a rigorous Program Playbook, ensuring the successful delivery of technical capabilities and the achievement of desired outcomes.

• Create a consistent execution cadence and rituals to facilitate decision-making, eliminate obstacles, and clarify roles and responsibilities.

• Serve as an 'information radiator' by employing clear reporting mechanisms to convey delivery health, track milestones, and perform proactive risk analysis to leadership.

• Seamlessly incorporate AI into your program management processes, leveraging AI and agentic tools to automate RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs and distill status updates into succinct executive summaries.

• Navigate the inherent unpredictability of AI development, adjusting traditional program management approaches to accommodate experimental processes.

• Maintain a centralized Work Surface (e.g., Jira, Confluence) as the primary hub for monitoring initiative status, critical paths, and dependencies.

• Identify and address delivery challenges in a complex environment, swiftly and effectively escalating risks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.

• Direct involvement with AI-driven development lifecycles and the use of AI/Agentic workflows to enhance program management frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust, mobilize teams, and provide direction in highly ambiguous settings.

• Capable of delivering difficult messages with poise, resolving conflicts, and rapidly adapting to change.

• Experience with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Suite).
