Senior Principal Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor

• Enhance customer comprehension of the technical functionalities of Manufacturing Supply Chain solutions

• Convey the comprehensive solution and share the vision

• Collaborate as a business partner with the account team

• Fine-tune the solution and vision messages for the entire project

• Engage in and/or lead customer consulting initiatives

• Proactively assist in pipeline development and execute sales strategies

• Create commercial proposals for designated opportunities

• Address RFI/RFQ/RFP questionnaires as necessary

• Responsible for meeting personal performance targets

• Challenge the customer's existing business practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in consulting, technology, and/or industry

• 8-10 years of experience in roles related to Manufacturing Supply Chain

• Expertise in Planning, Scheduling, and Blending is essential

• Strong business insight

• Skilled in conducting customer interviews

• Capability to evaluate and articulate customer value creation

• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies

• Team-oriented with the ability to connect with customers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Specific knowledge of solutions related to Refinery, Petrochemical, and/or Chemical sectors
