Senior Pricing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervises the development of cost proposals and pricing strategies for significant and strategic bids.

• Ensures adherence to the estimating system manual along with other relevant policies and procedures.

• Manages and coordinates daily work tasks, formulates project timelines, budgets, and plans, while overseeing personnel, finances, and facilities to meet proposal goals.

• Creates and implements innovative business capture and proposal strategies to fulfill the company's new business objectives.

• Develops and executes business and proposal development goals within set budgets to achieve specified targets.

• Directs and manages human and financial resources to accomplish the company's strategic and tactical new business aims.

• Maintains positive working relationships with all Program/Project Managers and upper management to achieve success objectives.

• This managerial role is expected to engage in proposal efforts and possesses the capability to operate at the highest pricing analyst level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires twelve (12) years of experience in cost proposal preparation or development.

• Relevant finance experience may be acceptable for some years instead of cost proposal preparation and development.

• Eight (8) years of experience with a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Two (2) years of experience in contracts or pricing may replace each year of the four (4) years of college education.

• Five (5) years in a management role is preferred.

• Experience in base operations support, range operations, Space Force, or NASA contracts is advantageous.
