
Senior Pricing and Promotions Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop pricing frameworks that accurately reflect market dynamics, customer segmentation, and the value of products.
• Create and oversee targeted promotional initiatives that are in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Value & Access, and Global Product Management to ensure pricing and promotional strategies are aligned across various functions and markets.
• Evaluate market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive pricing to guide strategic decisions.
• Provide input for annual planning by contributing pricing and promotional insights for revenue forecasts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, commercial marketing, or revenue management within the diagnostics, medical devices, biotech, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing pricing models and promotional initiatives that yield commercial success.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to align pricing and promotional strategies with broader financial and strategic objectives.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in pricing analytics, market modeling, and performance evaluation.
