• Proactively recognize and leverage opportunities to incorporate AI and automation technologies into operational workflows.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Product and Technology teams, ensuring that new platform enhancements correspond with intricate pricing logic and long-term scalability.
• Drive initiatives aimed at scaling operations, decreasing dependency on manual processes, and minimizing operational risks.
• Promote enterprise-wide pricing capabilities by converting operational deficiencies into technical specifications for cross-functional roadmaps.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex issues across technical, product, and billing domains.
• Manage communications regarding such issues among a wide range of internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Analyze recurring patterns and warning signs to facilitate systemic enhancements, transitioning from manual interventions to performance technical or process re-engineering.
• Own, develop, and execute innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction for both internal and external clients.
• Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, applying strategic analysis, innovation, and process redesign in daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to established internal controls and create new controls when gaps are identified.
• Mitigate financial risk associated with service levels and compliance.
• Identify areas where technical or procedural failures occur and provide recommendations for systemic modifications.
• Ensure that procedures, policies, and contracts are properly adhered to and complied with.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to key clients.
• Identify and surpass the needs of the organization and clients through collaboration and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Divisions to optimize and expand pricing networks in a cost-effective and scalable manner.
• Work with internal teams to ensure solutions are designed for the maximum benefit of WEX’s technical ecosystem.
• Provide monthly reports to a diverse audience, including finance, risk, and sales management.
• Analyze operational and financial data to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Present actionable insights to leadership and partners to guide business decisions.
• Lead intricate partner initiatives and enterprise-level projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in staff training to promote operational excellence.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate internal stakeholders on available functionalities, enhancing organizational strength and advocating for functionalities that drive increased scalability.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in related areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven project management skills.
• Results-oriented, action-driven, and self-motivated.
• Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

• Direct experience with WEX-specific pricing platforms and internal settlement processes.
• Experience in translating complex business/financial requirements into functional specifications for Product and Tech teams.
• Background in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives using relevant methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, capable of gathering information and maintaining communication with multiple teams.
• Proven ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organizational environment.
• Ability to operate effectively and calmly in a complex and evolving setting.
