• Formulate and implement commercial pricing strategies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to ensure pricing proposals align with strategic and financial objectives.
• Leverage a comprehensive understanding of commercial pricing strategies to create competitive pricing models.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify accuracy in cost/price volume.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in commercial real estate and facilities management.
• Support the identification and development of new business opportunities, along with commercial procedures and policies.
• Provide mentorship to other members of the pricing team.
• Ensure adherence to company and external policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Twelve (12) years of experience in preparing or developing cost proposals.
• Specific experience in Commercial Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) is necessary.
• Profound understanding of the commercial real estate and facilities management (IFM) sector.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial pricing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent mathematical skills for comprehensive financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with commercial procedures and policies for recognizing and creating potential business opportunities is advantageous.
