This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for both new and existing products, including packaging, tiering, and discount frameworks.

• Ensure pricing is aligned with customer value, competitive landscape, and market trends.

• Spearhead the monetization of AI technologies and the evolution of pricing models.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance revenue, profit margins, and customer lifetime value.

• Oversee pricing experiments (A/B testing, elasticity analysis) to refine results.

• Conduct continuous research on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer willingness to pay.

• Convert insights into practical pricing recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

• Equip go-to-market teams with pricing tools, guidance, and training resources.

• Establish pricing governance, approval workflows, and discount policies.

• Ensure uniform pricing execution across different channels and regions.

• Define KPIs and dashboards to track pricing performance and its impact on the business.

• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in pricing strategy, product management, strategy consulting, or similar fields.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and implementing pricing strategies within a B2B and/or SaaS context.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and pricing tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of value-based pricing, market segmentation, and monetization strategies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing executive leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
