📋 Description

• Independently determine the best methods to extract necessary data from extensive datasets and create ad hoc analyses that yield clear insights.

• Utilize historical claims data to deliver reprice reporting facilitating assessment and risk management.

• Aid in the preparation of Enterprise-grade deliverables for sales that demonstrate the company's value proposition.

• Guarantee high-quality, “client-ready” deliverables through an auditing/evaluation process along with personal accountability.

• Conduct thorough analyses and investigations into large datasets, providing clear insights into the findings.

• Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners through various channels such as email, Slack, phone, and video calls.

• Offer ad hoc analyses to highlight potential impacts from implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.

• Engage with the non-Enterprise RFP pipeline and related areas during periods of low activity in the Enterprise RFP pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience.

• Experience within the software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities – capable of working with data to extract key insights.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
