Senior Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop precise and strategic pricing estimates for new initiatives and ongoing client assignments, ensuring alignment with client specifications, turnaround requirements, and profitability goals.

• Create clear and comprehensive client estimates and pricing documentation.

• Collaborate with the Sales team on quote requests, RFPs, and RFQs.

• Evaluate transaction line items against client pricing grids, estimates, and project notes to ensure all billable work is accurately captured.

• Review invoices from print vendors, analyze production costs, and determine appropriate selling prices.

• Work alongside Sales and Finance to address invoice inquiries, disputes, and adjustments.

• Perform post-audit pricing reviews to confirm pricing strategies and financial outcomes.

• Oversee project life cycles to guarantee timely closures and accurate revenue recognition and accruals.

• Gather and analyze competitor pricing and market trends to inform pricing decisions.

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Client Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pricing, estimating, or a related field.

• Background in supporting mutual funds, variable funds, or the regulated financial communications sector, OR experience in print estimating and production pricing.

• Proficient in interacting with both internal and external clients/customers in a professional manner.

• Strong skills in Excel.

• Capacity to work up to 50 hours a week during peak times and month-end periods.

• Exceptional math and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
