Senior Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct property valuations for single-family homes.

• Evaluate properties utilizing a diverse range of sources.

• Analyze data and trends to proactively assess current market values, ensuring precise valuations across various product types and price ranges in the real estate sector.

• Engage in and oversee due diligence efforts, providing comprehensive transaction support, including the management of third-party reports and contracts.

• Monitor local real estate market statistics.

• Assist with various special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in property valuation specifically for single-family residences.

• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.

• Experience in real estate, with insights into true market value, BPO experience, and prior REO account management being advantageous.

• Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Property Valuation.

• Holds an active or inactive real estate license.

• Proficient in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• An organized, analytical, and detail-oriented self-starter with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ability to think quickly and adapt to a dynamic market.

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with effective internet research, organization, and communication capabilities.

• Proven decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure of deadlines.
