Senior Pricing & Actuarial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in Government acquisition and proposal evaluations by providing financial, pricing, actuarial, healthcare, and data analysis.

• Catalog, organize, and cross-reference contractor pricing, actuarial data, utilization, staffing, and supporting information utilizing Government-approved tools and file formats.

• Conduct calculation verifications, extensions, totals, data reconciliation, completeness assessments, and standardized comparisons under the guidance of senior technical personnel.

• Maintain evaluation workbooks, clarification records, issue trackers, version histories, and relevant documentation.

• Detect missing data, inconsistent elements, outliers, unclear assumptions, and possible data-quality concerns for escalation to senior technical staff.

• Create draft charts, tables, summaries, visuals, and presentation materials using sanctioned templates.

• Revise work products following clarification responses, updated proposals, final proposal adjustments, and Government feedback within specified deadlines.

• Collaborate with pricing and actuarial colleagues to ensure that shared data and findings are consistent and traceable.

• Assist in model testing, peer evaluations, reproducibility checks, and the final assembly of files.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business, Healthcare Analytics, or a similar field.

• Over 4 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, actuarial support, healthcare analytics, proposal analysis, or data-centric consulting.

• More than 2 years of experience in analyzing complex financial, pricing, actuarial, healthcare, or proposal data, and generating precise, well-organized analytical workpapers.

• At least 2 years of experience in data reconciliation, calculation verification, quality-control assessments, and detailed analyses under stringent deadlines.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Capability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Experience in financial, pricing, actuarial, healthcare, proposal, or data-intensive analysis.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, organized work in a dynamic environment.
