
Senior Presales Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver subject matter expertise to enhance Spectro Cloud's primary use cases and best practices for KaaS, Bare Metal, Edge, and virtualization for our largest enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with fellow Solution Architects and provide guidance to customers during the execution of Proof of Value (PoVs).
• Deploy and set up Palette in cloud environments, on-premises, and at the edge to facilitate pre-sales opportunities.
• Support the Customer Success teams as we transition new clients from the pre-sales phase to post-sales support.
• A minimum of 5 years of Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering experience.
• Proven experience with SaaS and complex deployment architectures, both self-hosted and otherwise.
• Extensive knowledge of Canonical MaaS, bare-metal deployments, physical hardware, Linux operating systems, and virtualization hypervisors.
• Comprehensive understanding of VMware and /Kubevirt virtualization platforms, including VM migrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud-native storage solutions such as Dell, Hitachi, NetApp, Pure, Rook-Ceph, and related CSIs.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, with a preference for Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) status, and experience in both bare metal and cloud-managed Kubernetes.
• Understanding of K8s ecosystem components and their integration within clusters.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools including Terraform, Git, Helm, and YAML.
• Experience with Single Sign-On and role-based access controls.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
