Senior PreSales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct customer discovery to uncover needs, challenges, and pain points.

• Develop engaging storytelling demonstrations and presentations showcasing the Provenir offering.

• Clearly communicate the benefits and potential value of the proposed solutions.

• Assist in the sales cycle as needed, including Q&A sessions and workshops.

• Play a key role in responding to customer RFPs, ensuring the business and technical content is accurate.

• Facilitate design and architecture workshops with prospective clients.

• Work closely with Professional Services to ensure a smooth transition.

• Collaborate with internal Data Science teams to align client requirements with analytics capabilities.

• Create and maintain demonstration environments tailored to specific industry use cases.

• Deliver and support webinars, conferences, and public speaking events on behalf of Provenir.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Credit Risk, Fraud Prevention, and Financial Crime Detection.

• Exhibit leadership in guiding clients on the value and unique aspects of Provenir’s platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting or collaborating with sales teams.

• At least 3 years of experience in the financial services sector, particularly in decision-making roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, establish trust, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Exceptional planning and organizational skills; capable of managing priorities across various workstreams.

• Strong documentation and communication skills with keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in college-level writing, editing, and proofreading.

• A self-motivated team player who can also function independently.

• Exhibits intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
