Senior PR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create customized PR strategies for both B2B and B2C clients, aiming to secure coverage in pertinent media outlets.

• Integrate journalistic insight with strategic communication approaches.

• Professionally manage client communications and proactively plan with quarterly objectives and KPIs.

• Establish long-term relationships with clients and continuously enhance their communication strategies.

• Serve as a strategic partner at the C-level.

• Share expertise and engage in peer-to-peer feedback exchanges.

• Actively utilize the internal AI stack for research, pitch preparation, and topic exploration.

• Develop and sustain relationships with journalists at key DACH and European media outlets.

• Keep track of the news landscape and identify emerging topic opportunities in advance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on PR experience, preferably within an agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in independently securing placements for clients in prominent national and specialized German media.

• Strong advisory abilities.

• Capacity to analyze target audiences and market dynamics.

• Skill in translating business objectives into actionable PR strategies.

• Established connections with journalists.

• Proactive monitoring of the news agenda and identification of topic potential.

• Independent work ethic combined with a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge within the team.

• Practical application of AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Proficiency in German at a C2 level.

• Professional communication skills in English.

• Must reside in Germany.
