PR & Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct direct outreach to Tier-1 and technology-focused media outlets to achieve organic placements.

• Write and create thought-leadership content for founders to be shared on LinkedIn, in newsletters, and across industry publications.

• Develop and oversee AI-enhanced workflows to convert insights into LinkedIn carousels, threads, and other distribution assets.

• Monitor brand mentions and industry trends to uncover newsjacking opportunities.

• Increase the company's Share of Voice in both US and EU markets.

• Create modern go-to-market strategies, including podcasts and interactive newsletters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of securing organic placements in Tier-1 global tech media such as TechCrunch, Forbes, Wired, or VentureBeat.

• Proficient in English at an advanced C1/C2 level.

• Skilled at capturing a founder’s voice and translating complex technological subjects into engaging narratives.

• Capable of working independently without the need for external agencies or substantial advertising budgets.

• Professional experience with tools like Muck Rack or Prowly.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn automation techniques.

• Experience utilizing advanced AI-assisted content creation tools.

• Proactive, straightforward, and results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

• Nice to have: experience in launching or scaling high-growth B2B SaaS or technology marketplaces in the US market.

• Nice to have: modern go-to-market experience, including executive personal branding and podcast guest appearances.

• Nice to have: experience in evolving traditional PR roles into data-driven, automated content systems.
