This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the setup, management, optimization, and review of Google Ads and YouTube campaigns.
• Oversee Newsmatics' primary Google Search and YouTube advertising accounts.
• Analyze current account structures to pinpoint areas for enhancement, scaling, and innovation.
• Strategize and initiate campaigns aligned with established business and marketing priorities.
• Track campaign performance and suggest actionable optimization measures.
• Provide guidance on audience targeting, campaign architecture, bidding strategies, ad placements, YouTube formats, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in paid advertising focused on EIN Presswire promotion, lead generation, and brand visibility.
• Utilize Tableau, GA4, and other reporting tools for performance assessment.
• Engage in online discussions with Newsmatics representatives and the in-house marketing and communications team.
• Contribute to enhancing the structure, consistency, and performance focus of our paid advertising operations.
• Demonstrated experience in independently managing Google Ads campaigns, from setup to optimization and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with Google Search campaigns and YouTube advertising formats.
• Capability to review account structures and recognize practical opportunities for enhancement and growth.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, campaign structure, ad placement, bidding, YouTube formats, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to connect campaign performance to business objectives such as lead generation, EIN Presswire promotion, and brand awareness.
• Confidence in managing a substantial advertising budget.
• Ability to provide clear, practical, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with Tableau or comparable reporting tools is a plus.
• Background in U.S. and global market campaigns.
• Comfort in working independently in a remote setting.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing, content, design, multimedia, and social media specialists.
