
Senior Power Systems Engineer – OMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead or assist in the deployment of OMS and ADMS solutions for electric utility clients.
• Configure and implement OMS and ADMS applications to align with utility operational and business needs.
• Engage in project planning, design workshops, functional reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
• Convert utility operational requirements into configurations and workflows for OMS/ADMS systems.
• Aid in system commissioning, cutover activities, and production launch events.
• Design and facilitate integrations between OMS/ADMS and various utility enterprise systems, including GIS, DMS, SCADA, AMI, CIS, EMS, work management systems, and asset management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in the utility industry.
• More than 3 years of direct experience with OMS and/or ADMS implementation.
• Practical experience in configuring and deploying Emerson DGM/monarch OMS and ADMS solutions.
• Solid understanding of electric distribution systems and utility operations.
• Experience in utility software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with distribution network modeling and topology validation.
• Experience with utility data systems, including GIS and SCADA.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to collaborate directly with utility customers and project stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
