Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Django, Next.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Deliver backend and frontend functionalities from start to finish across Atlas Brain, OTTO, Content Genius, Site Explorer, Rank Tracker, and GBP Galactic.

• Create and uphold Django APIs and React/Next.js user interfaces that can withstand real-world production demands.

• Implement observability, error tracking, and performance baselines for your work prior to deployment.

• Challenge specifications that are inadequate and suggest more robust solutions before any code is developed.

• Troubleshoot production incidents comprehensively and take ownership until they are resolved.

• Work efficiently with advanced tooling, utilizing Claude Code and parallel Git worktrees as your primary development environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience delivering production web applications across the full technology stack.

• Proficient in Python 3, Django REST Framework, and Celery.

• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Experience with PostgreSQL in production environments (no MySQL experience required).

• Daily familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar advanced development tools.

• Knowledge of Sentry and the Grafana Stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) for observability and monitoring purposes.

• Proficient in using Docker Compose for local development and GitLab or equivalent platforms for CI/CD.

• Must be available in either EST or GMT+1 time zones.
