Senior Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

• Create and maintain applications with Power Apps.

• Construct data pipelines from existing Army systems.

• Automate workflows and business processes through Microsoft Power Automate.

• Develop data visualization and reporting solutions with Power BI.

• Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions to fulfill customer business objectives.

• Conduct testing, resolve bugs, and refactor as needed.

• Experience in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with an agile team.

• Engage in working groups and teams focused on process improvement.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.

• Provide technical support, documentation, and training.

• Keep current with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Over 10 years of development experience in Microsoft technologies, with at least 3 years in Power Platform.

• Proficient in Power Platform development, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Skilled in Power BI languages such as Power Query, M, DAX, SQL, and R.

• Experienced with integration technologies, data connectors, APIs, and protocols.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Active Secret Clearance is required.

• Previous experience with the Department of Defense, Army, or Human Resources processes is desired.

• Familiarity with Human Centered Design is desired.

• Certification in Agile methodologies is desired.
