ITSM Platform Developer – Halo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create, configure, develop, and maintain workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, and automation within Halo ITSM.

• Develop and enhance processes for Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset, and Service Catalog.

• Configure workflows for service requests, approval processes, and fulfillment automation.

• Design and manage dashboards, KPIs, reports, and operational metrics.

• Improve the self-service portal to enhance the overall user experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Halo ITSM and various enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, CyberArk, Zoom Contact Center, Snowflake, HR systems, and ERP platforms.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to integrations, automation failures, synchronization challenges, and platform performance.

• Support the ongoing administration and enhancement of the CMDB and asset management environment.

• Collaborate closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure & Operations, Security, Enterprise Applications, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• At least five years of experience in developing or administering ITSM platforms.

• A minimum of three years of experience in workflow automation and enterprise systems integration.

• Strong understanding of Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Asset, and Configuration Management processes.

• Proficiency in working with REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, webhooks, and authentication methods like OAuth.

• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages utilized for automation.

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication skills.
