Senior Software Engineer, Identity Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Craft high-quality, maintainable code, create thorough technical documentation, and advocate for solid engineering practices within the team.

• Design and implement microservices in a cloud-native, distributed framework.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. Engage proactively in technical design dialogues, including composing and evaluating RFCs for new solutions.

• Guide team members, take part in code reviews, and influence technical choices. Manage end-to-end features—from initial design and RFC development to implementation and upkeep.

• Engage in the "Owner/Helper" project model; serve as a lead owner for significant milestones and provide active support to team members on their individual projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in software development, with an in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java is highly preferred).

• Proven experience in designing event-driven, resilient, and scalable solutions for intricate technical challenges.

• Practical experience with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Expertise in SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) along with a solid understanding of design principles for both.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
