Senior Platform Professional Services Consultant

📋 Description

• Delivering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of Falcon's AI-driven detection and response functionalities.

• Aiding customers in optimizing AI-powered threat detection models and automated response processes.

• Configuring and fine-tuning machine learning algorithms to minimize false positives while ensuring high detection effectiveness.

• Creating and executing AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.

• Resolving AI-related customer issues across organizations of various sizes.

• Developing scripting and application solutions utilizing Falcon APIs to enhance AI functionalities.

• Collaborating with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and insights.

• Utilizing CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to improve vulnerability prioritization and asset management.

• Assisting customers in integrating Falcon's AI capabilities into their current security tools and workflows.

• Providing support to Incident Response teams with AI-enhanced threat hunting and forensic analysis.

• Designing and leading AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.

• Working in partnership with the Platform Professional Services team to create customer-facing AI materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in IT deployments or in a user/customer-facing environment.

• Strong comprehension of AI and machine learning concepts, especially in the context of cybersecurity.

• In-depth understanding of software deployment technologies.

• Highly knowledgeable in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with AI-driven security tools and platforms.

• Familiarity with data science principles and their application in security operations.

• Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.

• Extensive experience presenting technical AI content to diverse audiences.

• Strong background in computer and network systems security.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to unique and complex issues.

• Proactive and thorough in managing workload and prioritizing customer projects.

• Experience mentoring team members.

• Some experience leading a team to successfully complete projects.
