Senior Platform Engineer – DevOps, Data Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance the infrastructure of the Data and AI platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

• Automate resource provisioning using Terraform, adhering to quality and reuse standards.

• Develop, maintain, and advance CI/CD pipelines for the validation and deployment of infrastructure and applications.

• Provide support for the operation of the internal AI platform, ensuring resources for LLM gateways, agents, and interfaces.

• Implement and refine observability standards, encompassing logs, metrics, and alerts.

• Collaborate with Data, AI, and Infrastructure teams in critical, high-availability environments.

• Document technical decisions, processes, and operational best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced professional experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE, contributing to the support and evolution of production cloud environments.

• Hands-on proficiency with AWS, including IAM, VPC, subnets, Security Groups, and S3.

• Experience with ECS, EKS, or Lambda.

• Familiarity with DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, ECR, Secrets Manager, and KMS.

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, including reusable modules, state/backends, and drift remediation.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.

• Proficient in Git with experience in code reviews and pull requests.

• Experience in the observability and operation of cloud platforms, including logs, metrics, alerts, resilience, and incident troubleshooting.

• Work schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

• Employment: CLT (Brazilian formal employment contract).
