Senior Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement backend solutions for essential services utilizing Python and Terraform.

• Develop and enhance GenAI/agentic solutions, such as RAG, tool-calling agents, and evaluation loops, on AWS Bedrock.

• Contribute to frontend interfaces through React/Vite.

• Optimize and maintain cloud-native applications to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to create tools that boost process efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.

• Contribute to service improvements that align with business goals and adhere to technical best practices.

• Address the needs of internal stakeholders, share knowledge, and provide mentorship to others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing Generative AI solutions; must have created at least one simple AI-powered feature or application from start to finish and be familiar with the AI SDLC.

• Proficient in Python for backend development.

• Experience in deploying and managing services in a cloud-native setting.

• Experience in developing Generative AI solutions.

• Familiarity with frontend development (React/Vite) for crafting user interfaces.

• Knowledge of AI/ML model integration and experience with AI platforms like AWS Bedrock (preferred).

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks (preferred).

• Experience with Rust (preferred).

• Understanding of business processes related to process optimization and SG&A efficiency (preferred).

• Current legal authorization to work in Brazil.
